These high protein Special K bars are not only great tasting, but very nutritious! Since I’m still trying to recover the use of my entire left side from a stroke that I had , caused by a congenital PFO that I ne er knew that I had almost a decade ago, I am constantly working out and doing intense therapy . Protein is necessary to help heal and keep the muscles that I am trying to regain the use of. And the fact that these are very nutritious.And as Special K is known for, it’s great for me because 2 years ago I was also diagnosed with Breast Cancer and underwent a full bilateral mastectomy, while still paralyzed on my left side . I wish I could afford these multiple packages more often. But I’m on a very limited SSD income . It would be great if these went on “special” sometimes . Definitely FIVE STARS ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me!!

Good taste
The taste does include whey protein but I think it is masked well and tastes really good. Special k used to make breakfast bars with this similar flavor. I like it a lot. I received all 3 boxes not melted or expired.
