**Q: Do these exercises require any equipment other than the resistance band?**
A: No, all the exercises use only the bands.

**Q: Is the band included?**
A: The band is not included.

**Q: How do you make it not curl**
A: Ha! Great question!  I wish I had a good answer, but no....   I used a heat gun to warm them up (I have 2), then reverse curled until the poster cooled.  This partially worked, but they were still slightly curled.  I could not make them totally flat.  They were hung on the walls with push pins at each corner, which made them useable....
