Every single time I go to the doctor they test my vitamin D. And every single time it comes back severely low. Since I have started taking these gummies my levels are starting to creep back to normal. According to my doctor, this is actually a pretty high daily dose of vitamin D, but necessary for people like me who are always low. At first, I didn't realize that you are supposed to take 2 per day - definitely make sure to get the dosage right! They taste delicious and have a great gummy texture. Like a fruit snack. I highly recommend.
