Not really worth it
It was too high for me and, unlike identical ones or copies for a little over $30 on Temu, there is no way to remove a layer to adjust the height. Also, no fitted pillow casies? It's not that nice next to your face. Mine has gone to the bin.

Best Pillow for Neck Pain Relief!
I have struggled with neck pain and stiffness for a long time, and this pillow has made a noticeable difference. The cooling feature really works and stays comfortable throughout the night. It provides excellent support for my neck and shoulders without feeling too firm or too soft. Since using this pillow, I wake up feeling more rested and with significantly less neck discomfort. The quality is great, the cover is soft, and it holds its shape well. If you’re looking for a comfortable pillow that offers both cooling and support, I highly recommend giving this one a try. I even bought a pink pillow cover for it.

Dale tiempo .... Excelente Producto
Esta almohada me ha disminuido mucho el dolor de cuello e incluso de espalda. Siento que respiro mejor cuando estoy dormida. Hay que darle tiempo para que la almohada se adapte a tu cuerpo y también que tu cuerpo se ajuste a la almohada.

Travesseiro ortopédico?
Foi entregue muito mal embalado. A altura do travesseiro é pequena e a densidade da espuma parece aquém do necessário.

Much needed relief from neck pain
It was very comfortable at first and then after a few months not as comfortable but I think it has to do my neck issues that have flared up. When I was using it at first it was amazing. No neck pain! I have a cervical fusion so this was such a relief. I like that you can adjust it to your needed height. All in all I think it’s a unique pillow and can offer much relief from neck pain and help one get a good night sleep.
