Rubbish, heated it gently in the microwave and the seeds started pouring out of it! Total waste of time.The material is too thin, would not recommend!

This heat wrap is super soft and comfy!! It’s fits perfectly around your back and shoulders, and it fits so well that you can easily get on with your day, and walk around with it on. You wouldn’t know you were wearing it if it wasn’t for the blissful heat from the clay beads. This is perfect for neck and shoulder aches and pains, and soothes instantly after only a couple of minutes in the microwave. Would make a lovely gift!!
