Vitamatic Lactobacillus Gasseri 12 Billion CFU, 60 DR Capsules

Best probiotic has worked great on my stomach.

I make yogart with it. This strain of L Gasseri is great for the gut biome.

I placed order, was unsure if this was what I needed to make my homemade yogurt, this came quickly, well packaged and is exactly what I needed. It works perfectly! Would purchase again!

I used this with Half & Half and inulin powder to make a cultured milk product to help my damaged digestive tract along with the L. Reuteri bacteria (in separate batches). It was a little loose first batch but I used some of the first batch as a starter for my 2nd batch, along with another capsule, and it turned out super creamy. Good for extra digestive boost, and tasted just like unflavored yogurt. I added some heavy cream, a little vanilla stevia & was in heaven. :)

This stuff is great, I feel better & my appetite is much less now!!

I deducted a star for the lack of identification of the specific l gasseri strain. I was hoping to source a moderately priced l gasseri BNR17, but I haven’t a clue if this contains that. My inquiry was not answered… at least not yet. There are several different strains of l gasseri and it would be good to know which one you are buying. Not all share the same benefits. I used it to make cultured dairy from half & half. It was activated and produced a good consistency typical of other lactobacillus starters I have used. The cultured dairy tastes like sour cream only very bitter. I used the 36 hour protocol. A shorter incubation period might reduce the bitterness. I have been eating the end product for nearly a week with no GI problems. I do not like the idea of taking a random bacillus strain….even one that is regarded as safe. They possess different properties and have varied potency. I like to be able to gauge how one will compete with other strains I am trying to populate in my gut. If the seller provides me with more details I will update.

En general, tuve una muy buena experiencia con este suplemento. Me gustó su calidad y cómo me sentí durante el tiempo que lo consumí. Considero que fue una buena opción y definitivamente lo volvería a comprar.

I use this as a yogurt starter. It's much better than using store bought yogurt as a starter.

I use 4 of these with a table Spoon of dried milk powder to make l. Gasseri yogurt/dairy ferment in a yogurt maker. Comes out perfect everytime after boiling whole milk first. I save some to make the next batch so these tablets will last a while.

Eased my tummy growls and settled stomach … still early days fist any further improvements

Hard to rate supplements. Still using it don’t know if it makes a difference, but it should do what it’s supposed to do.
