The original Ecover liquid
Not being keen on the newer, concentrated Ecover liquids (sorry, but I think they smell just plain weird), this is the one I stick with instead. It seems relatively unchanged from when I first started using it in the 90s, but is so hard to find in the shops now. Fortunately still available from Amazon, and at a reasonable price too.This doesn't contain any enzymes or brighteners, it's literally just a straightforward soapy liquid. Fine by itself for colour washes, and I've also used it successfully on wool and delicates. For whites or heavy washes, I spike it with a little Ecover Laundry Bleach. Everything always comes out bright, white and smelling fresh.Ecover, if you're listening, please don't stop making this!

I'm getting her more for Christmas 🎄 ☺️Along with a new ironing board. ☺️She tells me that she doesn't need to scrub the fabric nearly so hard to get the dirt out when using this stuff.She's particularly pleased with the fresh smell, and she likes how it makes the washing feel soft.

Cleans really well and much less foaming
When washing fleeces our washing machine used to really struggle with normal detergent. With this, as it's less "bubbly", the washing runs in the normal time and comes out just as well.

Great value for money for a Ecco washing Liquid.
Love this brand of Ecco friendly washing liquid. I find it great value, compared to buying it either in the supermarket or purchasing it in the different style container. Very gentle on the clothes, they come out of the machine clean and very nice fresh smell. No nasty feel left on the clothes, you get from other detergents.

I randomly picked a bottle of Ecover one day while grocery shopping in Sainsbury's and it was the best decision I made. It smells good, it washes well and it is slightly stronger than other natural detergents. Amazon seems to offer the best price for it in bigger quantities as well, so would definitely recommend!

I been trying to buy eco products lately. This has very watery consistency compared to other one I bought. Smells good and great if you have the money to spend on eco friendly products. Great for sensitive skin.
