Good product

Writing review after 6 months of usage. Tab is good for basic tasking. Regarding battery, initially for 2 months it was really excellent. Gradually found battery efficiency reducing. From around 1% drain every 10 min for normal browsing / wifi usage, it has become 6~7 min for every 1% battery drop. If you want a tab for normal day to day usage, this is really good. Good sound, Nice screen, no lag during normal usage.

worst product for that price, heating issue. performance issue, lagging issue, quality is very bad and overall its not worth buying. i would not recommend the product to any one, camera is very poor, overall its very worst product. seller doesn't update about the delivery and we have follow-up in the app. totally waste and there is no option of return. From samsung this kind of product and service is not expected.

This is very nice to see and it also contains Dex mode when I see this in YouTube I dessided to get it..

The product didn't power on at all. The seal of the product box was broken and a normal white tape was applied to it. There were finger print marks on the table and it looked like a used/refurbished unit. I called Amazon customer care and first she said she is going to transfer the call to the concerned department but after a few minutes she said someone will call me back within 24-48 hours, but nobody called me. At this point I think the consumer court complaint is the only option left for me. Amazon service has deteriorated from earlier.

Was Asian version but good for what I needed. Mostly browsing and YouTube

I bought this Samsung tablet for my 8-year-old, and it’s been a really great purchase so far. It’s easy for them to use, with a simple layout that didn’t take long to figure out. These tablets are durable and my kids love them. We've had Samsung tablets a few times before and we keep.coming back to this brand. They typically last 2+ years before they seem to slow down and we.replace them.

The tablet is probably a good product by itself but the vendor is selling tablet meant to be sold in south america, you cant set it up to Canada on initial setup and after speaking to Samsung, they are not an authorized seller and good luck having tablet services under warrant. Samsung told be to return it and buy from an authrized seller. No wonder why the price is good. Stay clear if you want to buy something with a warranty

Got this for my 11y for Xmas. Now that it’s been a few months it’s time for a review. Nothing but good things so far. He loves it. His last tablet lasted from start of covid for school til 2m before Xmas (so around 5yrs..good life for a cheap Amazon fire in a young child’s hands lol) But now that he’s older I wanted to get him a better 1. I have the s6 lite since it came out (2020) I would have got him the same 1 but this 1 was cheaper and better (weird). And ya…it’s just amazing :) he find no delays in anything, I get all notifications when he DLs stuff and I was able to set it up to ONLY show free games and to purchase things he has to send a request to me which I have to approve AMAZING (wish I had that last tablet lol). I’ll probably be getting the same tablet for my 7y for Xmas this yr aswell :)
