The Record and Tempo buttons on my keyboard are not working. I've tried to look for tutorials and used them in the right menu, but still it's not working. Please stop selling defective products or I don't mind doing this replacement all year round or until I get a refund. I got the replacement and it's working fine. I'm facing an issue with the charger. They provide a cheap quality charger that gives proper shock when touching the charger pin. Since it's 2 pin and has no earthing, the 9v shocks are a bit on the worrisome end for kids. The piano is good otherwise. The touch sensitive options are great. It has a good collection of tones and rhythms. The inbuilt songs are also good. Speakers are great. Earphone plug in helps me to practice at night easily. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PIANO DOESN'T HAVE SCREW SOCKETS BELOW IT.
