Cheap materials
Came stained and the C in front is peeling!! I hardly even use it and I’m very disappointed ☹️

Purse arrived well packaged but the C was peeling and I didn’t notice right away. It continued to peel. Cute purse but expected better quality from Coach

Bought this bag for running errands and I’m happy it can fit all my essentials. It came inside a coach plastic and was safely wrapped. It also came with a dust bag for storage. The leather feels high quality and the soft inside fabric lining looks elegant. The bag closes securely and no issue so far with the button release clasp.
