Q: Can this item be returned if costumer isn’t satisfied or isn’t as described? (Doesn’t keep you cool at night)

I would have tried to return mine if I wasn't in a bind of needing it immediately. It would have been a challenge for me to get it back in the box.

Q: does it crack? last one I bought cracked( a big split) when layed out. Also cracks as I move it to change bedding.

I've had mine 3 months no cracking or shedding
