Easy to put an eye dropper (included) of this Maca in your drink three times a day. Has a sweet, light flavor; almost unnoticeable. Alone, it gave me a very slight libido and test boost; not bad, not great.Now -combine it with Tribulus Terrestris capsules and Yohimbine gels, and look TF out! Great workouts, killer results, and at 51, I was waking up with 'hard wood' again. And -When my wife did want to get frisky, it was an INSTANT salute to attention, if you know what I mean. Even I was surprised lol. I'll keep taking this and buying it, BUT -I'll make sure to combine it with the above items, and even some Korean Panax Ginseng vials, which you should already be taking anyhow. Life-changing purchase(s).

Review updated since customer service was so great and offered me a full refund.I’m sure this works for some people and seems to be a good product - but it gave me incredibly bad dry mouth, heart palpitations, and anxiety. I only took a small amount of it too and isolated it from anything else to be sure it was maca. But it is/was and did not work for me. Just wanted folks to know that while it may be good for some people - it was not good for me

This was my first experience with maca root, and I wasn't impressed. It's *possible* that the tincture is doing good things for me, but how would I know for sure? I like that you can incorporate it into your smoothie or food without any problem. I tried it straight and it doesn't have much of a flavor by itself (mildly sweet), so it doesn't harm the flavor of whatever you dose with it.I didn't experience any of the supposed maca root benefits like increased energy or more alertness, although I have been in a somewhat better mood lately. Is that the maca root at work? Or was I just having a couple of good days? Hard to say.I maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly, so perhaps I don't need an expensive tincture to "bridge nutritional gaps and support vibrant wellness." That said, if others get something out of it, more power to them. In their case, the price would be well worth the results.
