Bought for cosplay and the quality is amazing. Lots of care was put into making and shipping the product. Very comfortable to wear and the fabric is high quality.

I was stepping all over mine during training and am now having to go to the expense of getting them taken up. Also, the tab in the back came loose the first time I used them, that will have to be put back on better as well.Other than those items, delivery was quick and the material seems to be of good quality.

Ordered based on the size chart. A bit too big for me. A size smaller would have been fine. Not their fault. I'm built much bigger in the muscle and upper body area than most men my size (5'10.5", 275 pounds). But the material is tough, the pleating is very accurate and double stitched, the belts are long enough to properly wrap and tie Japanese style, the backboard is firm, and I am very pleased with this purchase. I will be ordering another in the next smaller size and will report how it fits.I'm going to keep this one, hem it, and use it as well.

The Hakama works BEAUTIFULLY for my Tsukasa Yugi cosplay. For anyone who wants to use this for their own cosplay, PLEASE make sure to look up how to properly tie the ribbons on the item. Do not tie it however you please, as Tsukasa himself does not have the ribbons tied in a proper cross. If you are using a culturally accurate piece for a cosplay, make sure you know how to use said piece properly and respectfully.
