I ordered these pants to wear hiking along a river in Alaska. I will get lots more wear from them than expected. My husband suggested that I buy pants with cargo pockets. I’ve never been a fan of cargo pockets, but he convinced me to try these. I was pleasantly surprised that the cargo pockets are barely noticeable. They lay flat and don’t distract from the line of the pants. The zippered pockets are also very well done. They lay flat and are good quality zippers. The material is more like that of a good quality nylon wind breaker, yet they look nice. I believe they will serve me well on the Alaskan cruise. They are so lightweight which will be great for packing. I don’t particularly care for the adjustable elastics in the hems. Those can be easily removed. I probably will remove them. For reference, I am about 5’3” and 215 lbs. and carry my weight in the middle. I ordered the 2x and these pants fit so well, I could hardly believe it. I ordered 2 pair and if I had known they would fit so well and wash so well, I would have bought more.

I have a hard time finding pants and these are so comfortable. went hiking with them and they were great. love the pockets. nice stretch and material. Love them!

I bought these to hike in. Very breathable, light weight and water resistant. I hike in Utah and wearing shorts makes my legs all scratched and itchy, but I could hike in the summer with these and not get overheated. They are super comfortable! I've only worn and washed them once but they seem to be holding up so far. The front pockets aren't super deep I can put my Pixel XL in it and it doesn't show but I can't sit down with my phone in my pocket. I did go one size up from what was recommended and I'm happy I did! Price was good, and here's hoping they don't fall apart after I write this!

Took them in an Alaska cruise trip. They were perfect for when we left the ship. Light weight easy to pack or carry. The material breaks wind and holds warmth.

Love the fit, the style and the color. Unfortunately, the fabric is a bust. It's not soft and borders on scratchy even after washing/drying plus it makes noise when you walk.

These are great! Just the right amount of stretch. Very comfortable. They run a little small though. So if you’re a big girl, order up a size, which is easy because they go up to 5x.

I’m a big fan of this brand and own a number of their sets if pajamas and lounge pants. These hiking pants are quit you’d expect, made of nylon with cords that cinch down the cuffs if needed to keep out bugs. I ordered the burgundy color and it is exactly as pictured. The sizing is as expected. I wear a 4X/5X in this brand as well as the Amazon Essentials brand and the fit here is accurate for the 5X. For reference, I’m 5’4” 250 lb with a 62” low hip. My only complaint is that the nylon fabric is stiff and scratchy, which is to be expected. Definitely not pants to wear commando. I recommend these with the caveat on the fabric.

The pockets are great but the material doesnt breath so not good if the weather gets warmer.
