George Foreman 4-Serving Indoor Grill with Removable Plates

This is a terrific grill. Everything cooks perfectly. Heats up very quickly The price was right. A great value. Plus it’s extremely easy to clean. Totally dishwasher safe.

Hubby and I are a dinner party of 2. We love using our outdoor Weber gas grill but not so much when it's cold, windy, rainy, snowy, etc. I read tons of reviews on all the indoor grills out there. The George Forman grills rank highest. My main priority is the cleaning of it so that's why I bought this model. The plates snap out, practically rinse off without any to very little scrubbing, dry off and snap back in place. The little grease catcher also washes easily. It cooked hot dogs, hamburgers, and chicken with ease and they didn't splatter all over like my cast iron pan on my stove top. I would only recommend this model for 2 people. No way this serves 4 people unless 4 chicken cutlets is all you want because that's about what fits. There is no temp control but browned our food both sides just right. Perfect for us!

VERY pleased with this George Foreman electric grill. I cook burger patties on it - mostly bison burger patties. I heat it up 3 minutes, put the garlic salt and pepper seasoned patties on it, two at a time, and set the timer for another 3 minutes. I like my meat very well done, and this works perfectly for me. The drip pan catches all of the fat and extra juices, and the patties are always cooked evenly. I may try it for grilled sandwiches in the future, but right now I am not eating any bread items. It appears to be well made, is a breeze to clean up, and takes up very little room on my counter. The non-stick surface is a "piece of cake" to clean, too! Very happy with our purchase!

This is a wonderful product and I wouldn't be without one. The removable plates on this model are even more non-stick and easier to clean than on the two previous models I've owned. The grill cooks both vegetables and meat quickly and leaves appetizing grill marks on the food. I would have given this five stars if the manufacturer had made this so that it could be stored standing up vertically to save space in the cupboard.

I needed a contact grill for meats, veggies, etc that was super easy to clean. My current panini press (Cuisinart) is good for sandwiches but impossible to clean for meats. Pluses - Size - holds 2 frozen Costco burgers or 2 chicken breasts, etc Performance - remarkably fast cooking, even those frozen burgers (5 mins), great (and tasty) grill marks, asparagus 3 mins, fat/grease/juices drain into drip tray because unit is designed sloping forward, handle remains cool Clean-up - Big Plus! - grill plates are well-designed and made, easy to remove and replace, super slick non-stick finish, drip tray is removable for easy emptying, ALL the drips are contained and captured, no splattering. I hand cleaned (wiped with 1 paper towel) the two grill plates, easy. With same paper towel wiped out the drip tray and then hand washed tray in soapy water. I couldn’t imagine an easier, faster clean-up. Cons (minor)- drip tray slides into place but does not “snap”. Power cord is not generously long but adequate. No temperature control but I’ve never missed that feature, not once. Hint - when grilling large chicken breasts I pound them a bit to even out the thickness so they cook evenly without any parts overcooking. With these really hot days lately, I never turn on the oven or grill any more. Happy camper.

I had this in my cart for a long time, thinking about whether I would really use it or not. I found it on sale and pulled the trigger. I find that I actually use it at least once or twice a week. I bought it to make burgers since I am not crazy about having to clean up the grease splatter when I use my cast iron skillet but honestly, I am still on the fence about whether I like how the burgers come out. Since there is no temperature control, you just season the meat, throw it on the grill and wait. The meat is cooked and has the grill lines cooked in but you don’t get the same char (flavor) as cast iron. What this grill does really well is grilled sandwiches, especially grilled cheese. The way I do it is to initially grill the bread separately so the butter can melt in. Then I take them off, build my grilled cheese and put it back to brown. I think if you tried to start with butter on both sides of a sandwich, the butter on the bottom half would run into the grease tray so less than ideal. I have also done pork chops and was fairly pleased with how they came out. The grill plates are removable which makes clean up easy. The top and bottom have no locking mechanism so storage can be a little challenging. I find it easier to just leave it on my counter. For the money, it’s a good product and it is easy to recommend.

Works great - I use it at least once a week. A couple notes based on my experience and previous reviews I have read. - Its not a 4-serving grill. Come on GF, lets double check portion sizes and revisit the description. Its 3-servings at best. - Food does not slide down the grill plate and not stay in place if the grill is properly pre-heated - its important to let the grill pre-heat and place food on the grill when the light turns green indicating it is ready to cook. Food will slide down the grill plate if its not properly pre-heated. - The grill plates are not hard to take off and put back on. We take them off and clean them after every use and have had no issues. - I cant say that this wasnt an issue with some grills in the past or even some that are sold now - but we have not had the issue if the black, dirty residue on the back of the grill plates that comes off when they get washed. The back of our grill plates looked like silver, unfinished metal and has never had any residue coming off of them - The plastic tray fits perfectly up under the front of the grill and captures any grease or run-off. We have never had a mess under the grill after cooking - I wish it had a timer like our old Foreman grill - thats the biggest bummer. I love it. It gets used a lot. Its easy to use and easy to clean. Highly Recommend.

This grill cooks good, but it is not the same quality as the one I had for 20 years. Except for the heating elements and grill plates this newer version is made of mostly plastic. The back of the grill plates leave a black greasy residue on anything that touches them. Even after multiple washes. It would be safer to use with an off on switch as the previous model had. The only way to turn this unit on or off is with the electric cord. As I already mentioned it does cook well and the cooking side of the plates are nonstick and clean easily.

I don't know why this grill is sold on Amazon Sweden. It's designed for 110 Volt and for an American plug, it's useless in Europe

This my second Foreman grill, my last one lasted many years,I like the idea of having the grills that are removable and easy to wash.My last one provided me many meals with no problems. I trust I will get th same from this one as well Stuart

Looked well made but it failed. Also had to post it back to USA which was costly.

Hi, The sandwich maker shorted and has now stopped working. The adapter that was sent also was burnt. I have tried to get this repaired but no one is accepting this since this is imported. I would like to return this product.
