Immediately after taking a teaspoon daily, I began to see the effects! I was having horrible digestive problems and think I had a leaky gut with a sharp pain in one small part of my lower intestines, about the size of a pea. Along with crazy bloating and gas through all parts including colon and liver. I was extremely low on energy and didnt sleep well either. Now after my first bottle, the pain is gone, bloating, gas and things flow pretty normal...YEAH! Sleeping better and much better energy. When I had these symptoms, I had talked to my Dr. and he said we need to send you to gastrointestinal professional....ugh and they will want tests...oh no I did that before and its horrible drinking liquid dyed chalk after not eating for a day and I don't want dyes in my body! I smiled and just said ok....then 3 months later I had an appointment and he addressed my problem again and why wasn't I taking my anti-inflamatory prescription? I told him I was choosing to take more of a holistic approach and started taking Black Seed Oil (in capsules at that time) and it did help with my painful inflammation (I have spinalstenosis). He kinda grunted and said holistic?? Then I purchased a bottle of this Black Seed Oil because the capsules were actually causing me more pain in my gut and not alot of improvement. Good grief I had to take 2-3 a day of these great big capsules so I decided to look further. Started watching YouTube videos and reading reviews here on Amazon. Had my little checklist of must haves....organic, certified and mostly good reviews. Decided on this one to try and so happy I did!! It is the real deal! I'm on my second bottle (both bottles never leaked in shipping and sealed and first one having an extra seal to make sure it would not leak). Yep the taste isn't great but after a couple of times I totally got used to it. Plug your nose between two fingers....whatever because its worth it!! Get tough and out of your comfort zone if you are saying eewww I can't do this! Again its only momentarily and doesn't last long! Much better than taking huge big capsules everyday. My son got super sick (not Covid thankfully) and I insisted he take a teaspoon of it and he was back to work the next morning at 7 a.m. after being miserable and in bed for 3 days. He lives with me and I never caught whatever he had. So many things have changed for me since taking! My hair isn't as dry, my skin feels softer (I only take internally, teaspoon a day). I have better energy, my knees don't ache as much, digestion is almost perfect (no little painful spot in stomach area or gut leak) no bloating, constipation, or gas! I am sleeping much better and bladder leak stopped and inflammation GONE! One big thing I have noticed too is minimal migraines that I have had all my life....big improvement! I haven't lost weight but I wasn't trying either...I'm at my feel good weight. My elbows aren't dry and I really do not have sweet tooth cravings unless I eat a Iot of sweets which is addictive and makes you crave more sweets....,sugar should be on a list with transfats....its toxic for our bodies! I love this Black Seed Oil and it is part of my daily morning routine. I prefer to take with food. Some say on empty stomach but I don't agree. As long as this company remains honest and sells the same product, I'm in! I highly recommend this product and NO I did not get any compensation for writing this review and I paid full price for it. I don't know if there is a better product out there and honestly I don't care as long as they keep up the quality of this....I am thrilled to keep purchasing unless they get crazy priced. $20+ including tax is reasonable when its been so beneficial! P.S. I tried sneaking it into my dog's food and that was a disaster. She would not eat for days thinking it was in her food and I was trying to poison her...I think but she didn't say it. If I could disguise the flavor, I would also give it to her too daily.

I have a holistic mentality for the most part so yes it taste bitter but the end result is what counts.

Been noticing a lot of changes to pain and less inflammation as it stands. Taste is fine but I enjoy the volume I got for its price point. Some people may need to aim a bit higher with the dosage for complex health issues or more joint paints but its been great.

*Update- I was super excited when I got my black seed oil package, I literally paid for same day just so I can start taking it immediately after reading the great reviews and doing my own research on the brand, but unfortunately it was leaking a little oil on the side, at first I was upset and planned on shipping back for another one but then I was over it so I just got prayed to GOD with all my faith and trusted in the Jesus that nothing was wrong with it and tried it, fast forward to today I Love it and take it daily, it has helped with my gut issues and Flare ups calm down tremendously, I take just about 2 teaspoons a day for past 3Weeks so far so good, but honestly I’m not sure if I’ll buy this particular brand again once I run out I’ll buy a Black Seed from a well known holistic healer, I personally know DR.SEBi SON- ViCTOR & GRANDSON iSaiah out in Los Angeles who has A1 Products, I just thought this was convenient and affordable but you get what you pay for cause it’s not horrible, it has been some what helpful so far but HONESTLY, it is not that strong or potent ! I’m used to taking wild oil of oregano which is disgustingly strong and I heard that’s what black seed is supposed to taste like and this brands black seed isn’t strong at all, it sonewhat just taste like castor oil laxative or more like a extra virgin olive oil , I personally hate strong nasty taste but it’s more satisfying about the overpowering burn it gives when taking a strong healing product that makes you feel like it’s working when you feel the powerful burn so before this bottle is up I’ll be purchasing a different more powerful GLASS BOTTLE - Yes last but not least, I like when holistic oils and tinctures and herbal products come in glass it’s actually better practice standards for herbal liquids & herbal capsule to come in Glass for mutilple health reasons from bpa leakage in the product and must more, Glass is the safest purest option so that was another downside of the product but other than that it is what it is, and I give it a 5.5 out of 10 would of gave it a 6.5 if it was in a glass bottle but hey, like I said you get what you pay for, hope this long updated written review helped you…

The taste is very sharp, somewhat like pure virgin olive oil. Not as strong as Oregano oil! I keep a slice of bread or a banana handy to quell the after taste... So if you are "weak", I suggest putting in a smoothie or mix it with your salad dressing etc. I'm 80..if I can handle it, its only 1 tsp a day...your body will thank you for it..

Good foe my health

It seems to be a good product with good ingredients and third-party tested, which is awesome. But why the huge bottle? I don’t understand. It only holds one month supply per bottle. You get two bottles in an order. Each bottle is filled about 1/3 of the way? Why not just put them all in one bottle and call it a two month supply? And it isn’t a cheap supplement either. So dear ZHOU CEO, at the very least, save a little plastic being dumped on the earth, by putting the supplements in one bottle, which they would totally fit with room to spare. it’s kind of deceptive, stupid and it pisses people off.. Come on, everyone pretends they care about the planet and how it’s being polluted? And you all want to blame us for destroying the planet when it’s actually big corporations that don’t give a damn and who only care about their profit margins. You’re the problem. Why not try to be the solution instead? Many of us, who not only care about our health but also the health of the planet, they go hand-in-hand after all, would have way more respect for you. And don’t go charging more because you change your packaging to be more eco-friendly one. Because that just shows your hand and that at the end of the day, it really is all about profit margin. I don’t expect anyone will read this or care even if they do. But for me, after these are done, I’ll probably be done taking this supplement from this company. I’ll find one with better packaging at the very least, maybe even a better price and superior ingredients. Im just getting sick of this from companies.

Great product and good value for money

For this Nigella Sativa Oil, I used in combination with Tamanu Oil, Pure Vitamin E Oil and Frankincense EO, as my daily after bath face and body oil to prevent Eczema, Spots and Wrinkles (I'm in my 50s, lucky no wrinkles yet) Also, I had been taking Nigella Sativa Oil (in Softgels) for almost a year. Before taking I used to have frequent leg cramp and Spinal Ache (to the extent of walking hunch back). After taking about more than a month my leg cramp and Spinal ache didn't seem to reoccur. I have tried many Nigella Sativa Oil brands available, and would recommend those harvested from Turkey are of better quality and reliable.
