I've been using Kalms for a while now to help me sleep and I've only been able to find the boxes of 14 tablets up until now. I stumbled across these by accident and so pleased that I did as the larger boxes have saved me money! Service was super quick, they were well packaged and exactly the same as I was buying in the high street, just the larger boxes.More importantly, they actually work. I take one tablet 20-30 minutes before bed, with a small glass of water or milk and usually manage to fall asleep within a few minutes. I've not noticed any adverse reactions or side effects and I've been taking them for several months.
