RP00K0020 Bottom Replacement Plate Kit for Pedestal Sump Pumps

My sump pump kept bubbling but nut empting the water from basin. The base had a crack. These base part saved me from buying a new pmp.

Had this been a plastic base in the first place, I wouldn't have had to order the part. Plastic makes so much more sense than the metal plate it replaced. It came with a new gasket and screws. Gasket was a little tricky lining up so I sprayed adhesive on the body then fitted it on the pump. Made the whole job easier. This was a lot less expensive than a new pump. Glad they sold a replacement.

Easy to install and everything fit like it should... Imagine that. Only thing I'm gonna say (why I gave 4 stars instead of 5) is $14.95 shipping is a bit ridiculous. Come on just mark your part up if you want more money out of it. Don't gouge for shipping.

This is what is left on my everbilt 1/2 hp cast iron sump pump after 4 years.Instead of replacing the entire pump , this part helped me save it from wastefully ending up in a landfill.
