Amazing grout cleaner!
Goo Be Gone is amazing! My kitchen floor grout was black despite using comet and wire scrubbers trying to get it clean. This cleaner got my grout clean in just a few minutes and a few swipes with a toothbrush. I am sensitive to strong smells and was worried this cleaner would make me sick but to my surprise it had a pleasant smell not the strong and eye watering smell I was expecting! No strong odor, easy to apply, and easy clean up. Just spray on, wait 2 minutes, swipe grout with a firm toothbrush , and wipe clean. I already ordered another bottle to have on hand. Highly recommend Goo Be Gone!

Expensive but pretty good value
I tried a few different products on two areas with tiles: some ancient, deeply-tanned grout on my rental's bathroom floor and some moldy grout in my shower. What I tried: 1. DIY methods with baking soda to remove mold (paste of 1/4 cup baking soda + 1/2 tbsp dish soap) and bleach to disinfect (6oz chlorine bleach powder + 6oz water in spray bottle). 2. DIY method of 1-to-16 ratio chlorine bleach-to-water. 3. Scrub Free Soap Scum Remover ($2). 4. This product, Goo Gone Grout & Tile cleaner. Of those, the store-bought solutions were the best. The Scrub Free spray might be good, but I hate how toxic the fumes are. This Goo Gone product was probably the most effective and it doesn't seem as scary/toxic as some of the other products on the market. That said, I did not get the results that other reviewers have pictured. It looks very satisfying to spray, but this is by no means an effortless product. I did not get the shocking results that clearly showed where I sprayed. Alrhough it still took effort to get results, this was the best product I tried so far.

It's just ok
It works for spots that aren't too bad, I have spots in my grout that will not come out and this didn't work for those spots but it did overall make the rest of it a little cleaner looking. I have only used it once and used a scrub brush and scrubbed for like 15 minutes on a tiny bathroom floor and it didn't make much of a difference other than cleaning the tile. It was easy to clean up with a towel after, then mopped it with my spray mop.

This one's a maybe
It's just okay - nice but strong scent, and it didn't remove all of the stains. I placed it on my floors' grout lines, let it sit for 5 full minutes (because my grout hasn't been cleaned in a mighty long time, I felt the need to go beyond the recommended 2 minutes), then scrubbed with a grout brush. Wiped the majority of the mess with paper towels, mopped up the rest with cool water, then let dry for about 90 minutes. I still have 2 grout lines that are dingy. Hmm... granted, my floor's grout hasn't been cleaned in over 10 years, but I somewhat expected better results. Also, the black cover that's supposed to sit on top of the sprayer came off. I tried putting it back on, but it won't go. I'm on the fence with this product, especially due to its cost. 3 stars.

Not impressed
I recently tried the Goo Gone Grout & Tile Cleaner, and while I found it to be effective at removing tough stains caused by mold, mildew, soap scum, and hard water staining. While reading several reviews from other people I have to agree with several of those negative reactions. One of the main issues that some users have had with this product is its strong chemical odor. While I personally didn't find the scent overwhelming, some people have reported feeling nauseous or getting headaches from the fumes. If you're sensitive to strong smells, it may be best to use this product in a well-ventilated area or consider using a mask. Another issue that some users have experienced is that the product can be harsh on certain types of tiles and grout. While the product is safe on tile, ceramic, and porcelain, some users have reported that it can discolor or damage certain types of grout, especially if left on for too long. It's important to follow the directions carefully and test a small, inconspicuous area first before using the product on a larger surface. Finally, some users have reported that the product is not as effective as they had hoped, especially on tough stains that have been present for a long time. While the product may work well on newer stains, it may not be as effective on older, more stubborn stains. Overall, while I found the Goo Gone Grout & Tile Cleaner to be effective at removing stains, it's important to be aware of some of the negative reactions that some users have had with this product. If you have concerns about the product's strong odor, potential damage to certain types of tiles and grout, or its effectiveness on tough stains, it may be worth considering alternative products or speaking with a professional cleaner for advice.
