However, now that I have used these amazing milk catchers I can honestly say THANK GOD! I lose so much milk through the day due to leakage & was going through disposable pads like water. I’m saving “ounces” of milk every single day. The bonus..... my nipples get a break from rubbing up against the pads/shirt/bra. No more sore uncomfortable nipples. Yes they do spill out of the top hole if you bend over while wearing but I would still highly recommend and just advise to use caution when bending.
