i bought this stand for my Ipad mini 7th generation. I have a folio style case on the ipad. The stand can be adjusted to so many positions, whether you want the ipad in horizontal or vertical positioning. The lip of the stand is wide enough to hold the ipad securely. The stand even folds to a fairly flat postioning so can be taken with you in a bag when travelling. This stand would be ideal for using on an aircraft, before i had this i tried using my ipad on the tray table without the folio case as at that time i just had a silicone style bumper case and it was awkward trying to prop it up. With the stand it would be ideal on the tray table as it has rubber style pads on the underside to stop slipping. Would recommend this product.

Bought for a friend along with a budget android tablet, even though it says it's for the iPad and iPhone the Teclast tablet fits it like a glove, held in place by the hooks and the rubber stops on the inside of the stand, I'm loving the convenient and beautifully machined swiveling bezel as well, very tactile and satisfying!I also love the aluminium finish and the fact that they've bundled an Allen key for adjustments as well - altogether cheaper and better build than the stand I currently use for my tablet - well done!

Bought this for my time in hospital. Great little product. Easy to use. Lightweight but durable and sturdy for holding my phone and tablet. Easy to adjust. Simple yet effective design.

Over good product with a lot of flexibility. It feels sturdy and stays in place. It did however scratch the edge of my tablet when I tried to adjusted it with the tablet it. Not a problem if you are using a proper case, but in general aluminium on the bottom would be better served with some some of coating (it had anti slips pads that aren't quite enough)

What are brilliant little bit of kit. Not only does it raise the mobile phone sufficiently so my double chin isn't quite so evident :D, it's big enough to support my 12 inch tablet even in portrait mode - perfect for when I'm following a recipe. The gap in the stand allowing access to the charging port is an absolute godsend on long video calls. And the stand is sufficiently 'stiff' that it doesn't slowly sink - a problem I encountered with previous stands which cost more. It has enough heft to feel like great quality without weighing a ton. The footprint is perfect and the inclusion of an allen key to re-tighten any joints is a nice little extra. I took an absolute age to decide which stand to get - I'm so glad I chose this one.

Machined metal components with ratchet base rotation. The stand can be tightened to stop any sagging or loosening over time (Allen key included). I was really surprised at the build quality for the price point. £6 for this is very good value. I thought it would have been 3x as much.

Very practical stand with lots of choices to place a phone or a tablet to view. Took it on holiday and it was really useful to view my phone and tablet on.

Great sturdy stand. Bought to hold iPad whilst playing Outsmarted board game due to swivel function.
