MizunoProspect Softball Pant

These are great softball pants - well designed in soft but durable fabric. They are medium weight, breathable and flexible with a comfortable elastic waistband and snap/zip closure. I love that they are cut with a girl's body in mind - not super straight and plenty of room around the thighs. They are plenty flexible and stretchy - fit like expensive leggings. They fit my daughter perfectly and she loves that she doesn't feel like they are sliding down in the back when she squats into ready position in the infield or when catching. They have a thick tacky no-slip banding on the inside of the waistband that keeps her jersey tucked in not matter how high she reaches or far she twists. They do not cut into her stomach and she feels fully covered in the back. They are very well reinforced at sliding zones - the knee and side/back of the upper thigh. We got multiple colors including white and I am very happy that the white is completely opaque and washes really well - lets go of dirt and grass stains. They are plenty durable as expected and wash great with not shrinking or warping. We have a couple pairs of super expensive Bellalete pants which are awesome but this year her team has white pants & I am not spending +$80 on pants that will end up completely stained. These Mizuno pants at $20 are an amazing deal and I got her 4 pairs for the price of 1 and will just toss them or turn them into practice pants when they get to grungy.

These pants are not see through, they fit snug, but not too tight. My girls have never complained about the comfort. Great quality and the price is great too!

We’ve been through a ton of Mizuno softball pants over the years and these are the least durable of all of them. Tore on the first slide and have been developing more holes over a single season. As with the other Mizuno pants, the fit is great and they look very sharp. Not sure why these aren’t holding up as well.

These pants run on the smaller side so order up 1 size. Got us through the summer season but they are a bit see-through.

Pants seemed to be good quality but then my daughter put them on for her game and there was an hole along the seam on the side of her leg.

Unwearable due to the fabric of the pants being completely see through. However, considering these are needed for this weekend my daughter will simply have to wear leggings underneath to compensate for the poor fabric quality. Total waste of money, I would expect more from mizuno.

Nice pants my daughter is 14 5’4 and 120ish lbs got her a size medium it was alittle bigger and didn’t run small she could’ve done a small . didn’t like how it’s very thin and see through
