Second time ordering their hot pepper jelly. Ordered their sweet pepper jelly this past week.Best kn market! Not too sweet! Just oerfect!I wish they also made a great mint or mint pepper jelly ! 👍🏻Good replacements, not broken! Thank you!

The flavor is great but it’s not as hot as it should be. I would buy it again for parties.

But jars arrived broken. How can I have them replaced?

Have used this for our restaurant for a special as it was cost and taste effective. Overall would rate the quality of the product 5/5 stars. Have ordered over 24 jars in this month. One was damaged during shipping and was caught and refund issued.Another arrived like this. Packaging seems mostly sufficient with average care. This package was not ready to have the treatment it got. Box torn, contents inside are jam, so jam all over the place with glass shards. Return policy is zero despite damage during shipping. Would give 4/5 stars overall but cannot warrant more than minimum without some attention to the issue.

I bought 2, however, only 1 made it unbroken. The jars were not well packaged. As far as the quality of the product that didnt get broken. It was very delicious.

Nice clean fresh taste but a bit too sweet and it's not hot or spicy. It helped to mix in about 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne powder and 1/2 teaspoon of red wine vinegar. Easy to stir in when at room temperature. Great served on top of softened (room temp) block of cream cheese. Serve with chips/crackers.
