Better than butt wipes
This product had a lot of mix reviews. But I decided to try it anyway. First time using it I filled it with water, tipped it over so water could drain. There is a foam sponge inside that'll hold water. You dont want it dripping wet. So, pour out extra. Then take your bundled tissue, put it down so the water can soak the tissue for a second, and wipe. Its a lot easier than having to go to the sink and dampen the tissue paper (sometimes you end up soaking it). I donno why I didn't think of this. I like the lid. Its secure. I haven't traveled with it yet to know if it leaks. But based on in home movement and playing with it, I've yet to have water come out. I plan on buying 1 for each bathroom, and 1 for travel.

Works well, once you get the hang of it
It takes some practice to find the sweet spot between too wet and not wet enough. It really does make toilet paper clean better and saves you money when you don't need to buy wipes anymore. I read you could use it with witch hazel instead of water (IYKYK.) Just don't let your pet get at it...my cat turned it into a chew toy and destroyed it.

Completely useless
I use high quality tp. Their instructions indicate 4-5 sheets. This is utter nonsense. In order to achieve anywhere close to a wipeable entity such as their pictures indicate, I have to use 15+ sheets, and even then, my high quality tp is still falling apart. Yes, I've tried less water, more water, everything in between.Don't waste your money. Great idea, but it just doesn't work as advertised.

Yes, it works!
I've frequently wanted the cleaner feeling of using wipes, but I wasn't about to pay for them and I know they wouldn't be flushable even if I did. That's why I decided to try the UnWipe when I learned about it, although I did hesitate and considered it for about a month because of the price. For reference, we use regular smooth Scott 1-ply toilet paper at home. I use a crumpled bunch of about 17 squares for pressing into the UnWipe (fewer than ~15 isn't enough for how firmly I press to get it more wet than damp, and more than ~20 is unnecessarily extra). If your toilet paper is thicker ply, you'd certainly not need that much (or if you just want "slightly damp" and press more lightly). The size of the area that becomes moistened and textured is about a 2" diameter circle; it feels a little on the small side, but is actually sufficient. I swipe it around a few passes, drop in the toilet, and repeat if necessary with another bit of toilet paper.I did "test" it by scrubbing hard on my arm (much harder and longer than I'd ever use this), and while it eventually made the little shredded toilet paper balls I can't see that happening with normal use.I've attached a picture of the side of the box, with instructions for how to clean the UnWipe. This was something I wondered about. You can also disassemble it so the sponge dries out better.Would I buy this again? Yes, absolutely (although of course I wish it was a little cheaper). I've had mine about two weeks and am actually about to order a second one so I won't have any downtime when I go to clean my first one.

Wiped out!
After reading a story about this item I thought it sounded like a good idea but after I received it and read all the directions I changed my mind. For me this item is not worth the effort.

practical and cost-effective
The product is well designed. The silicone parts are flexible yet elegantly lock together. The cover tether keeps everything in “one piece”. It is very aesthetically pleasing and everything functions as promised. It’s a very practical device. Goodbye Dude Wipes.

It’s better than plain tissue. Not as handy as a real wipe.
Definitely is better than dry tissue, but you need to be careful not to over wet the tissue. Not as handy as a regular wet wipe, but is a plumbing safe alternative.I will buy a couple more someday, but not until the price comes way down. There’s no way to justify $30 for that little piece of silicone.

It does the job
I have been buying wipes for years so I thought t would try this. You use a little more toilet paper but not as much as if you had to buy wipes. It cleans well .
