Defective item Ordered replacement. The replacement is expected to arrive on Sep 12/13. The seller has not even shipped the item yet Something is loose inside the bulb. Not safe to connect such a defective piece to electrical circuit

It’s ok
I had 13w Philip bulb before. This one is 6500k but 13w is more white. Difference is 13w is Australian Philips and this 16w is Indian Philips. 3w more but only 40 lumens. So Phillips should be international standard. But all together with two bulb is brighter then before. So I’m happy even it’s little less white light.
