In a nut shell, it works 100% and i've not had any of the issues left by other reviewers. Am I just lucky? Who knows. In the box you get four 50cm RBGW LED strips linked together by wires so you can stick them to the back of your TV in a square type arrangement, a strip for each edge. The adhesive is 3M and adheres very well to the back of the TV. The strips plug into a wifi unit which in turns connects to a USB cable which you plug into a USB port on your TV. (1amp USB port required I believe) I then downloaded the app on my phone (Android) connected to the wifi unit and registered it to my home wifi, didn't take long and once connected you can use the phone app to change the colour of the LED's, select various fade options, there is a music app too which makes the LEDS flash in time to the beats. You can also select a mic option too so you can have the LED's flash to the beats of an external music source. There is also a camera type option on the app where you can select the colour of something to match the LED's too, works ok but bit gimmicky really. I guess you could match the colour of your curtains or something, I dunno. So finally connecting it to Google home was easy too and actually works really well, "hey google change TV lights blue" "hey google dim TV light 50%" etc etc. For the price I would defiantly recommend this kit as I said at the beginning i've not experienced any connection issues or anything, my wifi router is down stairs and this kit is on a bedroom TV. Works everytime without fail. Oh there is also a IR remote control for the lights too which works well. ### ⭐ Avoid even if on sale! *by D***G on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 February 2018* I will start off by saying that i have numerous smart home devices and bulbs etc, and i work in IT so i know what i am doing.Tried for 4 hours to get these onto my network, they simply did not want to go on, even when 5ghz option on my router was turned off. They randomly froze, remote functions did not work, would not go 'white', would stick on red and have to be unplugged and rebooted, factory install did not work.
