I like the idea of a powder but it is too expensive for such a small size.

I was really disappointed with this. I think it’s a great idea, but so little of the product comes through the spongy top (yes I opened the bottle underneath!) that it barely works. I imagine if more product came out, that my review would be more positive, but the only way I can use this, is by dumping the powder out, which makes the distribution uneven. Bummer!

I have light reddish blonde hair, and find that products for light brown hair work well for me. I use dry shampoo frequently but this is the first one I've used that was not a spray or aerosol. The top section of the container has a puff, like a powder puff or soft sponge. There were no instructions included but I eventually figured out that you kind of dab the puff onto your scalp to press out the dry shampoo. You can unscrew the puff top and see the actual powder in a lower compartment. It is white and looks like cornstarch, but blended very easily into my hair.This did not irritate my scalp at all, which many dry shampoos do. It is odorless and the dispenser makes it really easy to apply to specific areas. However, my hair is curly, so pressing the puff did cause my hair to get a little fuzzy. It works better for me when I straighten my hair.My favorite feature would simply be the convenience. This little container is very small and great for travel, especially because you don't need to worry about aerosals or otherwise pressurized containers. It's a bit pricey for the size. It would be nice if it came with a refill given how small it is.

I find it hard to find a dry shampoo that works for my thin hair. I tried this last night and it worked wonders for my hair. I also like that it is travel sized so it can easily go into my purse to use on the go if I need a touch-up. I have never used one like this with the spongy applicator, but I really like it. It doesn't leak in my bag, either.
