It WORKS!
Carve out some time because this stuff works. I took this on Saturday afternoon, around 3pm. 4am Sunday the cleansing began and continued for a while. Some cramping, but that’s a small price to pay for relief. Also, I tried several natural remedies before and nothing had worked the way this does. This is a game changer for me and I definitely recommend this to anyone suffering from you know what.

Worth trying! Has become one of my go-to options for first round relief!
I have tons of digestion issues and an EXTREMELY sensitive stomach. I find these to be very gentle and a good option when I'm not needing forced results. Most products don't work for me and I have been able to get relief with these several times. These work best as a first round option for me when things are not absolutely dire yet. However, I have also taken them when things are getting dire as well. Since everybody is different, this is an option I feel like is gentle enough that it's worth trying. And that's coming from someone who has tried every option under the sun! Most products I either have no results from, or have very painful side effects from and often without intended results still.

Just make sure you are home when you take these. I would suggest taking half of a pill. It's more than enough. I take half a pill at night and in the morning I go straight to the bathroom. You are brave if you take the recommended dose. I did it once and never again!

Works and how! 6-8 hours
Have been looking for years for a lax that was effective. Not for the faint at heart. Made with natural elements, instead of chemicals.Won’t be disappointed. Forget e-lax.

I would recommend taking one with water and wait 4 hours before taking another.

Prune lax
On days when I have that extra bloat this comes in handy. I opt for 2 but 3 is also possible. I don’t receive any cramps, it’s good to get a few bowel movements out, may also help for the following days
