10 Ways to Recycle a Corpse: and 100 More Dreadfully Distasteful Lists

I found this book to be very entertaining and interesting. Despite the claim in the title, the subjects were not distasteful. Certainly not offensive in any way.Topics covered include famous suicides, choices of last meals for famous criminal, notable last words of famous folks, strange funeral experiences, odd tourist attractions, and more.It's all written in an amusing banter. Unlike many authors who try and fail to be funny when writing this type of book, this man truly is amusing.If you like things like Mental Floss magazine, you will enjoy this book.

I saw this book in a really funky bookstore in Fort Bragg, Ca. They had a pretty beat up copy, probably because everybody and his brother had flipped through the book, read some of the funny and kooky stuff, and put it down again. Well, I bought in on Amazon and was really happy with the result. Waiting in the Dr.s office, sitting on the can, during the commercials on Tv etc are great ways to enjoy this little gem. Lots of interesting facts about bizarre things in life and funny comments and gives you alot to think about human nature.Enjoy!

My fiancé Hannibal and I both adored this book! The only thing is we thought it was a cool book. I didn't get any recipes on how to prepare corpse much to the dismay of my Hannibal. I did learn so many fun facts though and I give it 5 stars!

This book is great. An easy read. Pick it up start reading, put it down, no problem.

This was a gift for a person who loves oddball facts and prefers to read in short increments. It was a complete hit!

This author specializes in these short synopsis stories that tell a lot of information in little bites. Good book

The first in the series was a great delight. This has a similar character, the so-called 'distasteful lists' include a wide array of tales of human vagaries, a delight to leaf through. Still waiting for tales of exploding people (there have been at least 6).
