If anyone have joint issues, this is the thing for you. I wasn’t sure it would work. I have a couple injuries to my knee from years ago and all of sudden it started hurting and I could barely walk on it. I looked that up and it said I may be short of D2 vitamin. Ordered this and walla, 2 to 3 weeks later my knee is back to normal. This works!!! Trust! About to order another one to make sure I get enough D2.
