I ordered the cream as advertised but received the balm. Is it balm or cream?

I got the balm too despite it being advertised as cream. My husband ordered this as it’s my favourite hand cream but when I opened it I realised it wasn’t right. It is far too thick to the point it’s hard to get it out of the tube won’t be buying again
