Heavy Duty Fully Collapsible Powder-Coated Aluminum Dog Crate - Large (Gray)

Very good crate to contain my German shepherd. Prevents tooth damage. Very pleased with this item

One of our dogs is a 63lb rescue who wasn't crate trained (and didn't want to be). He would get into things (garbage, food, M&Ms, etc) and ruin things when we were gone (i.e. scratch doors & window sills, chew blankets). He knocked screens out and escaped from our RV twice while traveling. He broke out of the folding wire crates easily and chewed through (!!!) a $250, THICK, composite plastic crate. Imagine coming home from work to a possible vet visit (and bill) almost every day! This crate has changed all our lives. He is SAFE now when we're at work and on the road. It has the perfect amount of room for him, it's secure (we don't even have to additionally lock it - though we could), and it's not too difficult to manage folding down. I'm so glad this company offered this crate for this price. It's a lot of money, but WORTH it compared to the alternatives.

Nice kennel. Not as portable as the listing may suggest (it is heavy) but it goes together and breaks down easy enough and has, thus far, been able to contain our escape artist of a husky. Not quite the finish quality of the big competitor brand but also 1/3 the cost so owning both, this one is much better value.

Front door is sturdy but the other three sides are not as thick. My dog has had his nails trimmed and was medicated with vet prescription anxiety medication and he was walked before being put in this crate. I had made the effort in training him to associate this crate with calm and positive environment with a generous amount of treats. He should have not been able to break this so easily. This crate didn’t even last 48 hours.

It works, but for the price it had better work. We got it for our german Shephard who was bending the metal bars of standard dog crates. The bars and material are sturdy though i will say, the screws used to hold the crate together were coming undone, falling out and getting lost. My husband had to replace the washers and bolts with his own. Overall it's what we needed.

Got this after my high anxiety GSD destroyed his “heavy duty” crate with reinforcement modifications.Broke down and spent the $$$ on this and it has been the best thing. Now when we leave the house he calms down almost immediately (we have cameras throughout the house) without his meds. During storms, he actually wants to be in his crate instead of our tiny bathroom. Why didn’t I spend the $$ sooner? Was really easy to assemble and is really strong. A great purchase!

Great crate for strong dogs who are escape artists. I should have started with this one. If I had I would not have spent and wasted over $400 on wire and heavy duty "rust resistant" crates previously. The "rust resistant" coating lasted less than a year before the crate was completely coated with rust. Powder coating surfaces are far superior.

Wowzers! This kennel is one tough cookie! Our dog who could easily escape, and bloodily injure herself, from standard kennels could not escape or harm herself with this kennel. It’s not too hard to take apart and put back together. We use it in our house and camper and must break it down and put up back up often. I am happy we didn’t spend $1000+ on similar options. This one works great!
