Matthew and Molly have the most beautiful chemistry and healthy communication. There is no third act break up as everything is always resolved. The spicy scenes are some of my favourite ever (library,forest, art) and now definitely need some elf ears! I absolutely loved the deeper aspect to the characters and they definitely stole my heart.I feel like I see little parts of myself in Molly - in the way she doesn’t want to let anyone down and her anxieties. I love how real and genuine her character is and I loved her journey throughout the story - how she found her voice and made decisions based on what she actually wanted.Matthew was just so amazing. I feel like his infertility issues were handled really well by the authors. My heart hurt for him and how he was left feeling after his past relationship.Overall, I just absolutely loved how Molly and Matthew paired together and brought out the best parts of each other.
