I bought this product because a friend recommended it. She knew I had pain from arthritis and couldn't tolerate anti-inflammatories or codeine so I was pleased to try what she and I considered as a non-toxic therapy. I have taken 120 of these now and although I cannot prove that they have helped to reduce my pain, what I can say honestly is that they have not upset my tummy or my well-being in any way, and I have not had to take so many paracetamol as I was taking before. Also, I have known about the alleged benefit of taking turmeric daily but found it difficult to eat enough of it in food. I was literally putting it in everything every day and the taste doesn't necessarily 'fit' with my food, so I am pleased to have been able to eat food without adding the turmeric which stains my hands and foods yellow. I've been happy overall taking this supplement and will continue to do so. I only have one negative and that is that the capsule is big and difficult to swallow so I try to take it with food. Also I am told that it needs some sort of fat to aid absorption in the gut so I also take it at the same time as an oil capsule. I'm happy with these. By the way, no matter how many bottles you buy, you are limited to only one free bottle per order and you need an Amazon order number to access the free bottle. This could be made clearer at the time of original purchase.

I was recommended Turmeric by my acupuncturist and physiotherapist. After doing extensive research into them, i decided on these. I have had x3 lower back surgeries and am now awaiting neck surgery, after having a accident, lifting a patient, when i was a Staff Nurse. I have extremely bad pain and take morphine and many other pain killers, daily. I am prescribed diclofenac, which can be dangerous in the long-term, after being on different anti inflammatorys for years. Since taking these turmeric tablets, for only three weeks, I have cut out one anti inflammatory a day and am hoping to cut down more. I also have an extremely swollen right knee, which has arthritis and the inside has been worn down from limping, due to my back. The swelling has reduced and I can feel a difference in my knee. My sleep has improved a bit too, I'm not waking quite as often and did get 3 hours in a row the other night, which is great. I have tried many different therapies and medications, prescribed and natural, but would definitely recommend trying these and I will review again when I have taken them for longer than a few weeks.The product arrived very quickly and the customer service is excellent. I also like the fact that the company is a small family business and seem to specialise in these products.FURTHER REVIEW IN 2020These capsules are brilliant. I have got down to just one volterol a day, or none. This is great news, as volterol are not good, long term. I had to stop the turmeric 2 weeks prior to a cervical spinal fusion, as you cant take it immediately prior to surgery and I could really tell and my pain was significantly worse. I highly recommend these tablets and have tried others, which haven't helped. They definitely help me. I have now got them on a regular order monthly.

I have Arthritis in my left thumb joint, which I know is nothing in the grand scheme things - certainly compared to other people's Arthritis issues. However, there are days where I can barely touch my left hand or manipulate it - because the pain is so bad. I bought the capsules as I was talking with a member of the family asking what was a good remedy for defeating the pain of Arthritis and they recommended Tumeric. I have to admit, I didn't do much research on Amazon around the best product to purchase - but the reviews of this product seemed so good, I took pot luck and bought some. I've been taking the capsules for around a week now, so it maybe a little too early to tell - but my left hand does feel a lot better - and today as I'm typing, I have little or no pain or at all. Obviously, I'm going to complete the full container to see how I progress, but so far - they look to be providing the help other users have referred to in their overviews of the product. So far, so good !

I am so impressed with this product! I suffer from fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue and IBS amongst other things including rhinitis due to allergies.At first I didn't notice any difference and then I realised I was not having any IBS attacks; I was waking up without that all over aching feeling like I have been thrown down stairs and hit by a truck. The pain in my hips was gone; the pain in my left shoulder was greatly reduced. And my rhinitis was completely gone.Due to bad timing, I went two days without my turmeric supplement and I really really noticed when everything came back!I now have it on subscribe and save and I will recommend it to everybody I know. I gave a bottle as a gift to a friend to try (he suffers from chronic pain and nerve damage) and ordered another for myself.The capsules themselves are easy to swallow and I take them every morning and every evening with meals. I don't particularly like the taste of turmeric in my food but I quite like the the smell of it. I can even smell the black pepper and ginger both of which are well known for their anti-inflammatory properties.I have not stopped taking any of my prescription medications but I'm hoping in the future that I will be able to lower the dosages.Again I cannot recommend this product enough! *****

Very good productI have nearly finished the first bottle and my Digestion has never been better!.I noticed the difference after only 10 days!.The first thing is i noticed is that i never get acid anymore even when i eat junk food and that my bathroom breaks are more regular.I also with my new Diet wont touch anything with fillers/man made bulking agents etc and bought on the strenth that its 100% natural product.Im a 40yr old male and also suffer from nerve pain from a botched Dental procedure and I swear its helping with the pain too!! It’s supposed to take up to 3months for vitamins to make a difference but not for me!.Also I have read/researched that the human body can tell the difference between natural vitamins vs. synthetic ones!!! Ie man made ones are not as effective.Well worth the money and i would def recommend for people with nerve and digestive issues.From research the only vitamin which is as good for Stomach Acid is Ginger and/or liquorice.

I bought a more expensive brand of curcumin for support with ME/CFS and brain fog (no idea if it works but was going to give it a go). The unexpected effect was it reduced my bloating. I bought this brand this time around and didn't notice the same benefit. I will go back to the other brand once I've used these up.

After around 2 weeks of starting taking Turmeric I started noticing the difference . My work can be physically demanding and sometimes my back could be quite sore at the end of the day. I do stretching exercises but I also needed occasional help with painkillers. I don't remember the last time I took one for my back pain. I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from mild back pain or as complement for those who may suffer of more serious pain ( checking with your GP first in this case) . There is evidence which supports that Turmeric , or rather its main component, Curcumin, helps to relieve inflammation.I have bought recently two bottles for friends to try and they are very pleased with the results and I also got my partner to take them.The capsules offered by Vitabright are easy to swallow and leave no taste in one's mouth, they also have a pleasant smell of black pepper and ginger.I love them and will keep on using them from now on.

Ich habe keine Wirkung gespürt. Hatte gehofft das ein paar Symptome sich verbessern könnten aber auch nach Monaten der Einnahme keine Effekte verspürt. Ist ein nettes Nahrungsergänzungsmittel

Hat mir gefallen das die ingredienten sind Natur und nicht Chemie.Ich habe für Rückenschmerzen bestellt.Die helfen in Zeit.Aber leider meine Blase hat nicht vertragen Schwarze Pfeffer.Ich hatte Blasenentzündung. Ich kann die Tabletten öffnen und Zähne putzen,die helfen für Zahnfleich heilen und Weiße Zähne haben mit Kokosnussöl gemischt.Ich benütze die Tabletten so wie so und gefällt mir sehr.Also lohnt sich.
