These are not a full replacement
It appears they intend for you to remove the plastic retainer from the previous pads and install it in these pads. So if you are actually missing or have a broken an ear cushion, these are a hard pass.As for the pad itself, it appears slightly thinner than the original that came with Arctis Nova Pro. Fabric would be more breathable than the leatherette, so there is that.

Sono perfetti, uguali agli originali, non ho orecchie grosse quindi non ho problemi, a occhi forse ma non ne sono sucuro è mezzo millimetro più piccolo ma potrebbe essere dovuto al volume della spugna diverso dall'originale, ad ogni modo si adattano alla perfezione e sono comodi, meno caldi della finta pelle, qualità materiali ottimi, e prezzo rapportato alla qualità del prodotto, mi sento di consigliarli senza remore.
