The manufacturer did not properly construct this pet house, insertion holes missing!

Th Petsfit outdoor house for cats is not what it appears online. The material is unsturdy; the measurements are off; insertion holes are missing. I watched a brief video from the company on their YouTube Channel and the video shows a roof that's already put together, but mine is not. My pet house has a scratch ramp, not stairs but even then it's obvious that the construction of the pet house I received is not constructed properly. I happened upon this product while searching for outdoor houses for cats, and read about it on Good Housekeeping online. I'm disappointed in this product. It's bad.
