Columbia Mens Hatana Max Outdry

This shoe is truly great. It offers a great deal of support for anyone involved in strenous foot exercises--hiking, running, or walking over irregular and otherwise challenging environments. It's better than not using it and later having to pay for a physical therapist.

Truly waterproof. My husband wears his in summer on a rainy day and in winter to shovel snow. In fact, he wears them everyday since they are so comfortable.

Overall solid shoe comfortable all around no issues with comfort or anything but my issue with these is the waterproofing is not the new outdry waterproofing Columbia uses now it’s the older waterproofing. And while it works as I tested it under a running sink the material they use for the water proofing makes your shoe sound like a loose bag when your walking around. Very undesirable sound in a shoe to sound like a rustling bag if your running or walking at a moderate pace. Need the new outdry tech on these for me to keep them I returned them because yea I prefer my shoes to not make noise.

This hiking sneakers are versatile and comfortable for any use once you are in motion..I will buy the exact pair again !

I’m a big fan of ASICS running shoes. These Columbia Hatanas are very much like them. They can be worn wear for walking on pavement, etc. However, they are designed to be off-road/hiking shoes. They are serious shoes to be worn in pretty serious terrain. I highly recommend them. (Male-6’3” 230lbs. Size 12- True to size)

Outstanding support and cushion. These hiking shoes are excellent for walks either in cities or in the countryside. They have a great quality but most important they provide an excellent cushioning. They also are robust enough to deal with hard terrain without looking confortability.

I bought these from Amazon after trying them on in a local store and feeling okay about the initial fit. I am writing this review after several months of wearing these doing just about everything and being pleased with it all. The toe box is spacious and the shoe breathes very well. I am a hiker and have used Merrell's on multiple 100 mile sections of the AT. I have not taken these out to the Appalachian Trail yet, but I'm strongly considering it. The Merrells did not dry that well when wet so I wanted to try these. They are a bit lighter and very comfortable. I believe they are great as a trail running shoe and will be equally as good as a hiker. My only concern is that they are discovered by hikers as a great shoe and the price spikes.

Comfy. Great quality. Recommended. A little tight so order half a size bigger. Wear size 9. Ordered 9,5.

Fue un regalo para mi padre, en mi opinión son unas zapatillas de senderismo muy cómodas, muy buenas terminaciones y calidades, muy buenas para andar (impermeables), son muy bonitas. Yo uso unas Reebok 2.0 asteroide también muy buenas pero son un pelín menos cómodas ya que estas ultimas son de training, por su diseño son mas estrechas (impermeables).

Well made but Too small - definitely not USA 11 & not wide enough

I liked them so much i bought another pair for work. The inner soles are kinda flimsly but once i changed them with some orthopedic ones the shoes really became comfortable. Great support. Not to narrow. Very waterproof. I work a lot outside with a pressure washer and these shoes hold up to the wetness. A!s well as the forest . Suburb footware!
