Ferri's Best Test: A Practical Guide to Clinical Laboratory Medicine and Diagnostic Imaging (Ferri's Medical Solutions) 4th Edition

This book is FANTASTIC!! It is so full of useful and relevant information while still being concise. This will definitely be one of my go-to books during my NP practicum.Edited to add: I pulled this out during my rotation and my preceptor (who is very experienced) loved it too!

I can’t say this book is bad, but it doesn’t give me the information I’m looking for. I want to know when to use contrast or not, or which tests will tell me what it looks for or it’s limitations. It gives some of that, but not enough, not practical when in the clinic setting. Also difficult to search in quickly

I received this book this past week and was excited to use it. Upon opening it and trying to find information on bilirubin tests/blood levels, I came to the realization that my book is missing pages 145-176. It jumps from page 144 right to page 177. I hope to get a refund or a book that is properly put together.

it has a brief description of each laboratory test but that's about it. I thought it would've been more detailed and useful for clinical practice. Not what I was looking for, glad I rented it on kindle before thinking about making a purchase.

Two pages were printed (or inserted) upside-down and torn out of the spiral binding. Of course I didn’t discover this until past the return window.One star only because 0 stars wasn’t an option!

Great reference book. I can understand the material and it is very easy to use
