One of the best laptop in this budget
This laptop is actually pretty good and gives what the big brands couldn't in this price range, even though it has its flaws like sometimes fingerprint does not work, or even never work again excluding this it offers many user-friendly applications in daily life, and also the gaming can be done without any lag if you don't play every day. Another flaw is it has no backlit, it would be better if it had this feature.

A Nightmare
I bought the product in October last year and since the first day the machine had problems. Hearing up and poor quality video, audio etc.Within 1 month the charger pin broke and I called the service center. They said they did not have stock of laptop charger so I was forced to buy a dell charger.A couple of months after using it the laptop stopped working. I took it to the service center and it is located in the most unhygenic and unsafe environment. The staff are rude and arrogant and couldn't fix the problem. Finally after 8 days they returned the laptop to me. I also purchased a new zebronics charger. Within a month it has stopped working again.After spending 40,000/- , the product is not usable at all. The company has cheated me of my money, made me face financial loss as they lost several of my reports as they didn't take a back up while repairing my laptop. And the harrassment by the team is unbearableThey are cheats so please avoid this product at all costs. Also there is no way of giving less than 1 star so I am forced to give one star. There should be a red button somewhere to indicate that this is a fraud company and product

Good. Battery life reduces after some months. Build quality not so great but still it is bake for money

Writing this review after extensive usage :) Great work Zebronics
Pros :-1. Seamless performance with 16GB RAM with i5 10 cores 12 threads processor (runs Photoshop without any lag)2. Audio is amazing as it comes with Dolby Atmos3. Even after long duration and heavy usage no heating problem faced4. With the type C 3.2 port can connect my external storage and gives great data transfer speed5. Display is amazing, very rare to find 180 degree tilt at this price point6. Build is very sturdy even after having metal body it is very light weight making it easy to carry aroundCons :-1. Not used to fingerprint sensor on the left side, will get used to it by timeOverall the laptop is very premium (look feel and performance) and amazing, a highly recommended laptop

This product has battery issue.
This laptop has battery issue . The battery charging capacity wears down in five months and the battery life is gone as well. You can’t use it without connected to a charger. The fingerprint reader sucks.The display is good

It's not a laptop it's a Suicide Machine
The media could not be loaded. I ordered a laptop (Zebronics Pro Series Z NBC 4S) from Amazon on 6th Aug 2024,Unfortunately the laptop has a big problem:Current is flowing in the laptop during charging, we called the service center guy from Zebronics who came & checked the laptop. Upon inspection he concluded that, its current coming in the laptop n since it is not much current flowing so it'll not harm much so we can't help you hereI have also visited the service center at Vashi, Navi Mumbai & have got same response,It's a sad reality that I have also tried to get help from Amazon, but they are also not helping in this case.Now as I will have to keep this suicidal machine at home until or unless they help me, we have babies and children at home, I need to know from you that who'll be responsible if anything happens tomorrow from this suicide machine.My last hope is consumer court. It is not about my life or my family life; it is also about their other family members who will purchase this suicide machine because they are not selling laptops; they are selling suicide machines.

Good laptop but a few flaws
The laptop is great performances good has good build quality startup time is almost instant with fast boot on and around 4sec with it offDon’t charge it overnight because the fingerprint sensor will stop working as the battery has expanded a little microphone has constant buzzing sound to it I recommend to get a new one secure boot was not on by default and it came with windows 11 22h2 installed and. Not 23h2
