Okay blender great service
I'd say this specific blender is a 3 star. But the customer service was great.I ordered this blender and it did not work. After contacting customer service I was given a replacement. What I can say about this blender is it's good for mixing juices or blending things like grapes. But it struggles to blend anything that gives resistance like a big cold strawberry. I'd recommend their other blender (that's not portable) over this one, because you can blend it and then take the ready made smoothie with you

Stops Charging
I’ve purchased this twice now, and both times it stopped charging after just 2–3 months of use. Extremely poor durability and disappointing performance. Would not recommend.

I take it everywhere.
Love it.I really love this blender, the battery works for 3 or 4 times, depending what you are blending, and for how long.It’s easy to carry, easy to clean.You can take it anywhere, and charge anywhere too!!!

Broken in 2 months - update
Didn't even last 2 months. Motor starting to smoke when using and smells like melting plastic. I only make protein powder smoothie with 1 banana and 3 ice cubes everyday for lunch. Can now barely blend a banana and I am worried it's going to start a fire. Red light also blinking.Update- customer service has sent a replacement.
