My son loves this docking/charging station. Everything stays on this nicely to get a charge and looks nice, no clutter when charging. A much better solutions to plugging in and laying on the floor like he was doing before.

The media could not be loaded. Is very nice and very sleek looking but you have to be careful how you put your oculus on it because sometimes the magnet doesn’t connect right and it won’t charge. The key is to make sure the light on the side of the oculus turns green the charger itself has the green indicator lights on even when it’s not charging if you do not hook it up right you also have to be careful with the attachments you add to your oculus because the straps that I bought aftermarket also make it a little buggy pot as long as you make sure the lights are green on the side you’re good besides that it’s awesome

The charging dock is solidly built and well put together. Assembly was easy and intuitive with clear instructions provided. Just make sure you remove any protective films because I thought it was a dud until I realized I forgot to do that & that is why the controllers weren't charging.The dock charges one item at a time, prioritizing the headset first. A pulsing amber light means the corresponding item is charging, a steady amber light means it needs to charge, & a green light means it is fully charged.The dock comes with two rechargeable batteries for the controllers & a battery cover to make them chargeable in the dock. The battery covers also feature a Velcro strap that adds a lot of stability and improves grip, reducing your chances of tossing your controller significantly, while remaining easy to adjust for multiple users.It does not come with it's own charging cable, as it is designed to use the one that comes with the headset. So if you have lost or damaged your cable, this will not replace it.I have had this dock for a week & have no complaints about it performance. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a combo charging/storage solution.

Bought two of these as we have two meta quest units. Very happy with them. The hand strap is quicker and easier than the rope that comes with the quest. I see some people complain about the charging and the magnet. They are a little tricky once in awhile, and you kind of have to move the VR headset and controller’s just right to get the chargers to work, but it’s really not a big deal. It only takes a second to get them to mate up correctly. Has these for several months now and no complaints. One of the controller hand straps broke, and I messaged the companies customer service and they quickly helped to get us a replacement part. Very happy overall.

After using this product for four months it stopped charging my headset and controllers. The lights stay green giving the impression the devices are charged.

My kid was so excited for this. It turned out to be a huge disappointment. The first one received worked great. For about 12 hours. Then the left controller stopped charging. I checked the magnetic sides were attached, the battery in the correct position (if it's rotated, it won't connect to the grips), and that everything was seated correctly. Then a few hours later, the headset stopped charging as well.We ordered a replacement, only to have the SAME EXACT problem. First left controller stopped charging, then head set. This one completely failed within the first few hours.Also, at first my kid loved the controller grips with straps that came with this. But those have a habit of falling off.This product is less than useless all around. Don't waste your time or money!

I would’ve purchased this just for a stand that charges my headset but also getting the rechargeable batteries for the hand controllers along with the grips makes this purchase even MORE valuable! Looks amazing and works awesome! I like how you can customize the look with the detachable hand chargers! When I first purchased my Oculus a similar model was over $100 and didn’t have the added value of the grips and batteries so I was super excited when I saw this!
