they did help cure the pain in knee, but had to stop using them as a reactive rash broke out on site. Perhaps it's just me but keep a careful eye on the skin, and stop using for a while till it settles.

Seems to be effective
Only just started using these. The smell from them is quite strong at first but does subside quite quickly. Definitely some pain relief.

Knee patches
Value for money helps me wi the pain relief. Can use on back if you want has warm sensation remove before shower last 8 hours or so the sticky should last remove residue of tape rubbing oils or soap comes of easily. I have knee pain and ankle pain helps.
