Easy to use and Effective
I just bought a new couch and as you might imagine my cats thought I bought them a new scratching post. These are great protectors two different sizes and easy to apply. I cut the smaller ones in half lengthwise and was able to cover the top of my linen headboard that my cats also seek to destroy. They come with pins just in case.

Good for price
Sheets prevent cats from scratching at the furniture. Easy to apply. Only downside is they don’t stick fully, some edges peel up.

These are a cat lovers dream
I'm a first time cat owner... I've always had dogs. My brand new furniture had just arrived and I was shocked to find the front, underside of my sofa shredded!! I trimmed off all the hanging threads and my grandson recommended this furniture protection from cat attacks. It works like a charm and I'm happy again! I check my sofa and love seat daily but that one area seems to be the only place he has bothered. If I find damage in other areas, there is plenty of plastic film to protect those as well. The film stays securely in place and is hardly noticeable when either a coffee table or a large ottoman blocks the view. I'm happy with this worthy investment that is also easy to cut, install, and maintain.

it's a good deterrent to scratching
The product has remained secure in place on a cloth couch. Our cat does not bother that spot, unfortunately she has chosen new spots and my couch may be completely plastic stickers by weeks end.

Good in theory
We have four kittens in the house. They’re so cute and sweet but when it comes to the furniture, they are absolute terrorists—they’re not trying to scratch to sharpen their claws, just playing with each other and climbing. We have a brand new sofa and loveseat. (where was our foresight??) it’s microfiber, and there are several menacing threads hanging out, especially on the corners. They have a big tall cat climbing tower, but this couch is much more appealing to them. We’ve tried spray cat repellent, and they were playing on it while it was still wet. I dread taking the plastic off the sofa for doing more damage, but it was my last hope. What I need is an industrial grade plastic that fits from the top of the pillows to the floor. Do they make couch covers with industrial grade iron? This product just isn’t enough plastic but it is nice and thick. I think it would work fine if there was more of it and I don’t want to cover every square inch with sheets of plastic. 🤷♀️

Despite what people say, you can make it conform to corners
I used it on the bathroom door, where the cat routinely picks it apart. You can make it conform to corners, you just have to fold it hard, rub the fold with pressure to put a crease in it first. I wrapped it under the door and tacked it too, and used a piece for the floor. I like the little strips that allow you to separate it from the backing, usually that is super-annoying but this was easy. I will soon try it on the couch. It does not stick well, so tacks and tiny nails - the kind you nail picture frame hardware with help a lot. I am kind of glad it does not adhere that well, so it does not destroy the finish underneath, so it's a tradeoff. I also tucked a piece under the carpet divider because the cat is peeling up and tearing apart the linoleum tile. This is something I would probably buy again. I added Citronella to it so she really stays away from it. If she could tear apart a wood door and tile then she could tear this apart too, but since she never had experience with it, I want her to know it is really stinky, and smells like citronella from the get-go. I have yet to try it on my couch, which to my chagrin is the same color as the scratching post... We shall see

Finally something that works
I have tried other stick on sheets to prevent my cats from using my sofa and chairs as scratching posts. They tended to play with the stick on sheets, finding the corners, and I found the sticky sheets on the floor in balls. These are pretty thick and attach with the pins. They stay stuck on the furniture enough to attach with the pins but the adhesion isn't really strong. I would definitely use the pins. So far the cats haven't figured these out and the furniture arms have been safe ever since. They are detectible if looking for them.

Easy to use and almost invisible.
These are purrfect! Just peel and stick. You can barely see them and they completely stopped my jerk of a cat from destroying my furniture!
