Perfect solution for my low profile gaming PC case
I had this low profile gaming case for my computer ! But doesn’t come with front fan ! And I have a big graphic court, so I put 240 mm highest speed fence on the front and works amazing

Sharp looking and well made
I've bought these before from other vendors and from overseas and while these on amazon are kind of high priced I have to say that what I received from Eluteng Direct was quite a bit nicer. It's real ABS so tough enough not to break easily but still has some flex to adapt to different fan surfaces and when removing the cover. The molding quality is top notch with literally no sharp edges or sprue to trim - pretty rare to see that in molded parts. The dimensions are spot on for outside and screw holes. Inner grill is about 4.5mm thick, and the mounting pads stick out ever so slightly from the other edges (less than 0.5mm)...not enough gap to worry about but the fan will matter more there. Outer grill/cover is 10mm thick and that's what you get when installed. The foam is so-so, about 3mm thick and pretty tight pores. There is room to fit a thicker more open foam like aquarium filter foam and the 6mm stuff I have here fits nicely - has a little more air flow by breath test but that doesn't mean much in real operation. Foam smells like normal fresh foam to me, nothing harsh or "toxic" as mentioned in another review...if yours smells when you get it then it'll stop after some exposure to oxygen or you can speed it up with sunlight time. I picked these up to pair with an a/c high flow fan ( www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009OWRMZ6/ )to DIY a smoke absorber for soldering and I think they'll work great together. Previous ones I've used for case fans did fine although they came with a different foam. These do a better job than plain magnetic screens if you have a lot of dust or pet fuzz floating around but they do restrict flow a tiny bit - depending on your case's design it may or may not matter at all (could actually improve things).

Does what it's supposed to
I needed to get some ventilation in to the cabinet where I keep the computer that runs my CNC router. Most of the time when in standby it doesn't generate much heat, but while running things get pretty warm and I've had issues with overheating. To combat that, I added a thermostatically controlled fan that kicks on when the temperature in the cabinet exceeds a set level. But I didn't just want to suck in all the sawdust that is typically floating around the shop, so I purchased these filters to help mitigate the problem. The fan is mounted so it draws in through the filter which is mounted on the outside of the cabinet for easy cleaning access. So far, the filter seems to be doing something at least. The mesh is pretty open, so I doubt it's catching the smallest particles, but it's definitely catching something as you can see in the photo. (the filter is black when clean, showing brown in the photo)I haven't tried cleaning it yet, but the cover just snaps on, so I anticipate it will be pretty easy. The fact that there are two in the package means I can swap filters when I need to clean one and don't have to wait for it to dry before reinstalling. Plus, I have a spare guard in case it gets broken.Overall, I am satisfied, and they seem to work as intended.

Can be used as a fan guard or with the foam filter.

Perfect for what I needed
I got these to cover some vent holes that I drilled in a cabinet for a built in mini fridge. I didn't want to just have holes, even though they can't be seen, I liked the idea of covering the holes. They are made of a light weight plastic and there is a small foam layer in between the pieces of plastic. I drilled 1" holes and these worked perfectly to hide the holes. The foam layer is a dust filter, so that's an added bonus. Only thing I will say is that the plastic isn't that strong. It's easy to break the tabs that hold the pieces together when you are removing them to mount it. Also, on that's same note, use a screwdriver and not a drill. A drill will split the plastic if it goes too tight.Overall, very happy with them. I would purchase again if I ever needed to cover some small holes.

The face is hard to remove for filter cleaning
If I had it to do over again, I would not buy this product. The "filter" is about as good as you might expect from a cheap product. The grill front on the device is difficult to remove.I ended up not using the filter itself and used the flimsy plastic structure to act as a fan blade protector.
