Don’t buy this, it doesn’t work. Many people report the same. The only program that works in blend? And even then it’s not automatic you have to keep your finger on the start button to blend it’s a joke

The first time that the product arrived for me, it stopped working after 2 months. Agaro customer service has been amazing, and they attended to my complaints swiftly and responsibly, and replaced it with a new one which you can see in the attached clip. The product is fantastic, though, Makes life much easier, especially for people like me who tend to live a busy life yet also crave something healthy and tasty to eat. Soup function works wonderfully well. You just have to chop in the veggies or add some chicken if you'd like. Choose the consistency of the soup as per your liking, turn it on and let it cook.

The item is good. The motor had some problem after one and half years of purchase but the company replaced the part very promptly and I appreciate the service rendered by Payal Ghosh

THIS IS A SCAM. They give you a faulty product, which broke in two days. With just one use. The woman on phone says refund will be issued but it’s been THREE WEEEKS. It’s a joke! There’s no number to call them or do anything. Please refund my money ASAP

It was a fantastic tool to get soup and fast. We are enjoying it.
