I did have to buy extra foam for a server that wasn’t 30” long, but the box did the job.

What can I say? It's a box… and boy, did it do box things! It arrived in all its rectangular glory, serving some serious corrugated realness. Sturdy enough to make me feel like I was unboxing Fort Knox, yet light enough to carry without feeling like I’m on the world’s worst CrossFit routine. This box held my server like it was cradling a newborn, protecting it from the horrors of shipping like a true hero. It had flaps, it had tape, it had corners — all the classic box elements you’d expect and love. And, it stayed true to its boxy roots: no unexpected circles or triangles here, just pure, unadulterated box. It came, it saw, it boxed. Five stars for being exactly what I needed—a box that embraced its purpose with passion and delivered my server without a scratch. If you need a box, this is a box that’s ready to box like its life depends on it.

Bought this for a 2u server which was 30.5" long and had to cut some of the foam to make it fit. Height-wise it fit for the server, but was a bit tight especially when including the rails. Cardboard on the box, though, was pretty durable and once everything was packed the box still felt solid. All in all, I was able to get the 2u server shipped out and made it to the destination without an issue so I'd use again.

Needed a rack server shipping box. This looked like a great solution. The padding inside is configurable by removing pre-cut pieces to fit your specific rack server size. I used it for a Gigabyte R281 (2U).

It fits most servers well. Some extra long servers are a tight fit. The configuration for 2u requires tearing the foam away so may not be able to go back to 1u configuration without some creative crafts. I would appreciate a change in design to allow a specific spot to put things like power cables, Ethernet, accessories, especially the rails! Overall, especially with the bulk pricing available on website they are very good price compared to any other server box you’ll find on the internet. One thing is definitely changing the design to allow rails to be easily included with the server. Similar to what you will find in any server manufacturers box.

It is as if a bad child decided to damage the box intentionally and threw his trash inside of it before shipping. Will not be ordering from EPE USA again.
