After a few months one of the bands broke, I tied it and figured it was just a bad band, then 2 more broke and now time has passed where I cannot return and no way to contact seller, no phone, email nothing of their selling site. This is a great combo pack of exercise equipment. I got it to go with the vibration board I purchased. Definitely does the trick. I really like that there’s different resistance bands.

Having this bands saved me for when I couldn’t make it to the gym! I still get my workout done and i love that has a guide for different workouts.

I gave this item four stars for the following reasons:1) The seller stands behind their product. I had a problem with a few of the bands where the black nylon piece that attaches with grommets frayed and broke. I contacted the seller via the email that is included on a slip of paper with the order. They apologized for the fraying. They said it was due to an increase of orders due to Covid, and a shortage of workers. They said they had since corrected the problem. They also refunded my money at my request, and sent me a brand new set of bands.2) The versatility of the bands is great. There are many exercises I did with the pulley machine at the gym, that I am able to mimic with these bands.However, I didn’t give these bands five stars, because I still feel with the new set that the nylon attached to the band with grommets, should be thicker or be made of latex. The actual band itself seems very strong and durable. The nylon piece still seems questionable to me. I have not yet used the new set, but worry that although the seller said they remedied the issue, that from use it will once again do the same thing.I should also mention that I know how to properly use the bands and did not over stretch or abuse them in any way. Thus, the fraying from a normal amount of use is something that might happen to anyone who uses them. Would I recommend them? Yes and no. I like the variety, and how it is all contained with anchor, handles, and leg pieces. But if these new ones fray again after only a couple months of use, I probably would instead purchase the full loop bands made of 100% latex that can still be used a variety of ways. You would just have to purchase an anchor.

I found these extremely easy to use and maneuver.I’m a beginner at exercise, and had no problem with these.Highly recommend!

I love the pastel colors on the bands! Very pleasing to the eyes. Outstanding quality!

These lasted a good 6 months of INCONSISTENT use. I stopped strength training a couple of months after I bought them. Decided to start back up & first workout back, the 30lb band snapped and popped my foot. I saw a lot of reviews saying that they end up snapping but I decided to give it a try since I’m a stay at home mom & don’t have a lot of extra money to spend on expensive equipment or a gym membership.. I wouldn’t say they aren’t worth the buy (although my opinion may change if I find more to snap) , but I would say be careful!!

The handles are better than the usual kind and they are a great value. I bought one extra handle set and it’s great to travel with… enough resistance variety for both my husband and me.Plus there’s a contraption for attaching it to a door frame.

Excellent quality. Superior to other resistance bands being offered.
