My battery is a 48 wh for my dell inspiron 17r 7720 and your battery is a 65 wh will it work and whats the difference between the two thanks

It will work and wh stands for how long the battery will last.

Has anyone had trouble with the battery not charging? My system (Dell inspiron 17" 5720) shows the battery level at 72 percent but not charging.

no problem here. It could be a power cord problem or you got a lemon battery.
