Not great quality
Why did you choose this product over others?: I don't know what other people have drunk, can't be the same tea I tasted. As a Ceylon tea drinker I am very aware of the dilmah taste but this wasn't it. Tasted very cheap dusty tea. Not even eligible to return so waste of money .

Great value and excellent tea!
As an amid tea drink, I’m very picky about tea quality. It was very lucky I found out the Dilmah brand teas offered in a Ritz Carlton hotel in SA and was amazed by the quality of its tea. So far I have been ordering from only F&M and exotic teas fr China, this Ceylon extra strength is definitely a comparable to the Queen Anne blend fr F&M. Strong flavorful and clean after taste! For teabags, it’s the top top! Perfect for your morning or afternoon tea with or without milk. Each teabag is stuffed with the tea and good for a 10oz cup. I also recommend Dilmah’s chamomile tea which is the Best chamomile tea I had so far, hard to find in US though. This package comes in not sealed individual tea bags, I would suggest keep them in a sealed tin or ziplock bags for freshness. Exp date is 2024 and the tea does taste excellent and fresh! Will order again when it’s gone.

The tea itself is exceptional, delivering the rich and strong flavor characteristic of Dilmah. The individually wrapped tea bags ensure freshness with each use, maintaining the high standard expected from this brand. However, the decision to ship the tea bags in a bag rather than a box or more protective packaging raises concerns about potential damage during transit. While the tea inside the bags remains delightful, the presentation and protection could be improved.
