Nice skin from the inside out, but you must like fake sugar & stevia taste
I was excited to try this since although I eat fairly healthy foods, I like making sure I have the bases covered when it comes to nutrition. As you age, you don't always process food as well, either, so that's another reason to consider some supplementation. In addition to the beauty boost nutrients as described in the product info photos, this has a lot of sweeteners. I know in the US it seems everything must be ridiculously sweet, but I wish manufacturers would leave the sugar out and let us add it in as desired. I am not a sweet tooth, so I found the additives not only unnecessary but not tasty at all. I really am not a fan of stevia or sucralose. A recent study also questions the safety of xylitol, although at this point it's still needs more research to be conclusive, but it might be something many want to avoid unnecessary amounts of while the jury is out.Other ingredients: D-Maltitol , Xylitol, Pomegranate Flavor, Enzymatically Modified Stevia , Vegetable Cream Mixed Powder , Fructooligosaccharides, Red Beet Juice Powder , Orange Concentrated Powder , Sweet Whey Powder , Magnesium Oxide, Nondigestible Maltodextrin , Di-Malic Acid , Amino Acid Mixed Powder , Opuntia Ficus-Indica Fruit Extract, Sucralose, Dried Yeast, Rosemary Powder , Grapefruit Concentrated Powder , Collagen Hydrolysate, Milk Protein, Hyaluronic Acid Complex, Elastin, N-Acetylglucosamine, Centella Asiatica Extract, Vegetable Mixed Concentrate Powder , Konjac Powder

Great taste, doesn't dissolve very well unless shaken
The first time I used one of these packets I put it in a glass with water and stirred it, and it didn't quite dissolve well enough for me. It works much better in an 8oz bottle, capped, shaken, chilled, and then shaken again before drinking. I definitely prefer it cold; the taste is light and sweet and not as tart as you might expect since it's pomegranate... but to be fair, they do say extract, not juice! :P

Good ingredient profile, convenient but not for those who want to cut sugars
A friend got me 50 lemona from her last trip to Korea and this is very similar, except with a focus on supplementing for trace minerals and beauty. She said foodology craving curb powders are quite popular so I decided to try this one from the same brand.Pros:✅ Taste is bearable, it is sweet. Maybe too sweet tbh...✅ Convenient to go and dissolves within seconds, no need for water✅ Coherently translated label✅ Good ingredient profile✅ Decent price compared to online Korean import retailersCons:❌ Too many taste additives at once: sugar alcohols, stevia, and sucralose. I'm not a fan of synthetic sugars so I would not purchase this again. I could not read the lemona ingredients but I suspect it's the same across similar dissolve powder supplements. I'd rather take pills.Overall it's a pretty good product, but it's not for me. If it fits your needs and sugar is not a concern, give it a shot!

Xylitol... Hard pass.
Unfortunately Xylitol is the 2nd ingredient listed and it is definitely not a good ingredient to include due to the new research showing how Xylitol can increase the risks of heart problems by 1000 fold. Eek. Not good for the chewing gum industry! Or for some supplements in this case.It is suggested to avoid this chemical like an incoming tsunami.I feel bad for the company as this is very recent research that has come to light. I am pretty sure many companies did not see this coming as it's been deemed to be a safe ingredient for quite a while. Yes even by the most trustworthy of all... <cough>... the FDA!As for the powder, it does dissolve easily in water. I don't really get a pomegranate flavor, but that might be due to the Sucralose, Enzymatically modified Stevia, D-maltitol, fructo-oligosacchardes (?) and non- digestible maltodextrin. Wait, non- digestible??!! Ah, so it is a sweetener but doesn't spike blood sugar since the body does not absorb it. Got it.And what about sweet whet powder ? Do they mean whey??!! My brain hurts :(Yes those are actual ingredients. Another one that I have never heard of is Opuntia ficus-indica fruit extract. Okay so just googled and basically prickly pear. I really wish they would just write that instead. And vetetable mixed concentrate powder... I know it's a misspelled word but it kind of makes me nervous ingesting a product that didn't fact check the translation or spelling of ingredients prior to selling in that particular country. But maybe that's just me being skeptical and overly picky.Back to the product... To be fair, I am not a fan of the 'chemical sweetener' taste, but honestly I can't drink or consume much unless it uses actual fruit extract, honey or sugar. I would probably rather drink pond water than a diet soda...or this. This is Korean made and I do love my Korean skincare products. I ordered this mostly because I trust Korean products. But sadly this is not on my reorder list. I would prefer they used real sugar or honey which might add calories, but is overall better for a person than the large amount of chemical sweeteners involved. And tastes way better too.As much as I wanted to enjoy this, I will stick to my reliable multi vitamin which might not have pomegranate juice powder but does have the other vitamin benefits shown (vit A, C, E, Zinc & Selenium). Thankfully Xylitol/fake sweetener free so win-win.

Good vitamin supplement with ok flavor
I looked all over the box and packets, but couldn't find anywhere that it indicates how much water to use, so I just defaulted to using a standard 16.9 ounce water bottle. Flavor is ok, but a little weak. When you back off to 12 ounces, it's a little stronger, so maybe 12 ounces is the right amount. Either way, it has a good amount of vitamin C and zinc, which helps deliver some value for me. If the flavor was a little better, it would probably be 5 stars.

Taste good
Story time. I use to see these in korean movies and like hmm I'll like to try that. Of course I ran to Amazon to check for it. Love the taste and does not have any after taste. Most times I mix it with my smoothie.

Very easy to use 1x a day
Flavor would be a personal preference when I say it's easy to ingest. It's not too sweet but it's not super flavorful so it's on a bland side for me but that just means it's easy to take especially if it's once a day. I drank it in the morning after gym and it was easy. There's a 2 week supply and I plan on using it after gym days (3x a week). It's hydrating for sure but the results would take a while to see so I'll come back and add to the review for noticeable changes
